Toronto, Canada. Carol Moxam, a Certified Special Event Professional, is recognized as one of the top three Event Professional’s in 2009 in her country.  As a leader, she is gifted with the talent in business and special events management.   It was only natural she create an education forum unique to planners to learn outside the classroom with her newest business venture, Special Event Boot Camp.

Prior to founding Special Event Boot Camp, she worked in planning incentive events in Greece & Mexico, a trainer with Rogers Communications Inc., opened her own successful and award winning event business Event Edge operating for over a decade, trained event planner’s globally on how to use the award winning event design software and the use audience response systems to green their events.

Beyond her work in the field, she educates at Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism the Event Management Certificate Program, University of Barcelona, and University in Istanbul.  She is a speaker, a teacher, a mentor, a coach and a contributor.  Carol frequently appears as a guest speaker at the leading local and international event industry conferences.

She is extremely proud to be involved with leading teams of internships with youth and planners interested in developing their skills in Event Management. She is committed to giving back and contributing to her community with her time.

She possesses the ability to inspire people and ignite their talents into action. The combination of Carol’s charisma, courage, and inspirational message leaves her audiences educated, entertained and ready to make a difference. 

Carol is a Reiki Master and mother of two young boys Jake and Hunter.
