From critical paths to production a framework for building your event with measurable outcomes.

Through the lens of an imagined event troops will experience the ‘greening’ process of an event from conception to possible execution complete with ‘stuff’ to play with and real supplier information. Troops will discover which elements are the same and which are different in a green event; where compromise is met with creativity and how to overcome the real-world challenge of convincing the client and/or suppliers to ‘go green’.

The latest in virtual tech tools on-line for the planner and to communicate with ease with your event teams.
From on-line webinars, Skype, Dim Dim, G-Mail to Project Wiki’s.

Our organization learns from the intern as well as interns learning from us.  It is a win-win. We offer guidance,

Toronto, Canada. Carol Moxam, a Certified Special Event Professional, is recognized as one of the top three Event Professional’s in 2009 in her country.  As a leader, she is gifted with the talent in business and special events management.   It was only natural she create an education forum unique to planners to learn outside the classroom with her newest business venture, Special Event Boot Camp.

Prior to founding Special Event Boot Camp, she worked in planning incentive events in Greece & Mexico, a trainer with Rogers Communications Inc., opened her own successful and award winning event business Event Edge operating for over a decade, trained event planner’s globally on how to use the award winning event design software and the use audience response systems greening events.
